Quality Improvement (QI) Blueprint Office Hours

OBI is excited to host two office hour sessions in May to support local QI planning. All QI champions are welcome and encouraged to participate!

• May 14 (1:00 pm – 2:00 pm): Session 1 will describe OBI’s QI planning tools and review examples of how member hospitals have utilized these resources to build their QI blueprint.
• May 23 (1:00 pm – 2:00 pm): Session 2 will be interactive and focus on helping attendees build their QI blueprints in real-time.

Both sessions will have time for Q&A and dialogue. We hope to see you there!

Induction of Labor (IOL) Initiative Office Hours

OBI is designing an induction of labor (IOL) initiative that will impact our 2025 and 2026 P4P scorecards.  We want input from the entire OBI community before making final decisions about this project. Please join us for one of the following office hours to learn about our planned work and share your preferences and advice about how to shape the project:

• Monday, June 24th (8:00 am)
• Monday, July 1st (12:00 pm)

2025 Scorecard P4P Office Hours

OBI will announce the 2025 P4P scorecard at the Fall Semiannual Meeting and host two optional office hour sessions for additional questions. At each session, we will walk through the scorecard and corresponding documentation (e.g. Program, Progress, and Monitoring (PPM), case review attestation, etc.). The rest of the hour will be yours to ask questions.

All QI champions are welcome and encouraged to participate! Register early to save the date on your calendar:

• Tuesday, October 22 (1:00 pm). Register for Session I.
• Wednesday, October 23 (8:00 am). Register for Session II.
